Checkbox To-Do

Yes/No shown as a checkbox with a strikethrough label when done. Clicking toggles it (desktop).

Hyperlink Button

Turns a link column into a tidy "Open" button that opens in a new tab. Hidden when the link is empty.

Archived Slider

Yes/No slider with visible labels — perfect for an Archived flag.

Archived Stamp

Red rubber-stamp look when Yes, italic "Active" when No. Click to toggle archived on/off.

Draws a 0–100 number as a battery that drains from green to red. Click to edit the value.

Calendar Chip

Draws a date as a little tear-off calendar page — month strip on top, day number below — colored by how close the date is.

Waffle Dots

Shows a 0–100 percentage as a row of dots that fill up like a waffle chart — easier to read at a glance than a bare number.

Traffic Light (housing)

A real three-lamp traffic light — the matching lamp lights up and the other two sit dark, exactly like the real thing.

Quarter Badge

Shows which quarter a date falls in as a four-segment strip with the current quarter lit — handy for planning and reporting views.

Metric Card

Presents a number as a dashboard tile — large numeral, small caption underneath, and a coloured rail down the side that reacts to your thresholds.

Age Bar

Shows how long ago a date was as a bar that fills and reddens with age — good for ticket queues and anything that shouldn't sit untouched.

Checklist Progress

Counts completed items against a fixed total — one segment per item, filling left to right, and turning green only when everything is done.

Tier Badge

Buckets a number into an earned tier — Bronze, Silver, Gold — with a medal dot in the matching metal. Good for spend, points, or seniority.

Status Date (freshness)

Pill that shows when the row was last updated. Color shifts from green (fresh) → amber (aging) → red (stale) as time passes. Click to stamp now.

Days Remaining

Countdown badge — color shifts as a deadline approaches.

Trend Arrow

Up/down/flat arrow comparing two number fields.

Sentiment Faces

Turns a 1–5 number into an emoji face from sad to delighted, color-coded. Click to edit the value inline.

T-Shirt Size

Effort/size badge (XS → XXL) that escalates from green to red. Click to open the native choice editor.

Heat Cell

Fills the cell with a green → amber → red heat color based on the number's size. Click to edit the value.

Data Bar

Excel-style horizontal bar sized by the value against a max, with the number beside it. Click to edit.

Relative Date

Shows a date in friendly relative terms — Today, Tomorrow, in N days, N days ago. Click to edit.

Budget Threshold

Shows an amount with a symbol and turns red when it exceeds a limit. Click to edit.

KPI vs Target

Compares a number to a fixed target — green ▲ above, red ▼ below, with the delta. Click to edit.

Priority Stepper (Low→Critical)

Choice column with − / + buttons that step through Low, Normal, High, Critical. Stops at each end (never wraps). Shows a colored badge plus the text label.

Rating Stars

1–5 star rating display with inline-edit support.

Person Card

Avatar + name + email link for a Person column.

Initials Avatar

Turns a typed name into a colored circle with their initial. The color is derived from the first letter, so each person stays a consistent color.

Variance Bar

A bar that grows left from a centre line when the number is negative and right when it is positive — ideal for over/under budget, or actual vs. plan.

Bullet Chart

A compact actual-vs-target chart: shaded range bands in the background, the value as a bar, and a tick marking the target.

File Type Chip

Reads the extension out of a filename and shows it as a colour-coded chip in that app's brand colour — PDF red, Excel green, Word blue, and so on.

Duration Format

Turns a raw number of minutes into readable time — 45m, 2h 15m, 1d 4h — instead of making people do the arithmetic.

Multi-Action Toolbar

Edit + view + delete buttons combined into a single column.

Conditional Visibility

Show a value only when another field matches a condition.
